Paints Sign Samuel Fabian For 2024

CHILLICOTHE, Ohio - The back-to-back Prospect League champion Chillicothe Paints, presented by CohenOrthopedic, have signed outfielder Samuel Fabian for the upcoming 2024 season, which begins May 28.

Currently a junior at Wayland Baptist University, Fabian is hitting .275 through 38 games this season with five doubles, 12 home runs and 30 RBIs, while also stealing 16 bases.

Through 88 career games spanning parts of two seasons, Fabian owns a .313 batting average with 70 runs scored, 80 hits, 16 doubles, 33 home runs, and 81 RBIs. He also has  career on-base percentage of .425 and 21 stolen bases.

Prior to playing at Wayland Baptist, the Santiago, Dominican Replublic, native was at Arizona Western College, where he played in 58 games for the Matadors in 2022, hitting .319 with 20 doubles, 13 home runs and 74 RBIs.
